Where is my order coming from?
Amy and Lucy (or Amucy as they’re known to their friends) are a theatre-enthusiastic couple based in London. Everything is designed and manufactured by Amucy and their stockists in the UK.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing Days
Mirrors, baubles and bookmarks are subject to 5-14 day processing time.
Please note, we don’t ship orders out on weekends.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated by weight and size of parcel at checkout
UK orders - Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class
International & Europe - International Tracked
Your parcel may be subject to taxes and handling fees dependent on your location. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot predict what they will be as they vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are no surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please note, due to a number of upcoming Royal Mail strikes, delivery within the UK may be delayed.

Do you create custom/personalised products?
We do! We can customise any of our designs to change colours, font, etc. for an additional fee and we accept custom orders. Please email us at info@themusicandthemirror.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Do you do bulk orders?
Yes! We offer bulk orders (and also bulk custom orders), which are ideal for gifts within your theatre school, dance troupe, workplace, wherever! Please contact us via info@themusicandthemirror.com to discuss this.

What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Once your returns have been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Please note, refunds can take up to 14 days from receiving the product back from you.
If for some reason you need to return an item, contact us either through the contact page or info@themusicandthemirror.com and we can provide the return address.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and we cannot offer exchanges. Personalised and custom orders are non-refundable. Bulk orders are subject to a restocking and handling fee.
